2, this procedure is applicable to on certification, products by printing, mold, molding, screen printing, spray painting, etching, engraving, stamp, stamp, etc (above all sorts of ways in the printing, mold) of certification marks for approval.
3. The issuing management center shall be entrusted by the national certification and accreditation supervision and administration commission, and approve the use of the printing and stamping authentication marks.
4, printing, mold design proposal should be by the certification mark of the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) to apply authentication marks distribution management center, and show me a copy of the certificate and apply for certification nameplate samples of the products. The applicant should make an application according to each certificate, and the certificate issuing management center shall be examined and approved by the certificate unit.
5. The certificate issuing management center shall approve the application for printing and molding design scheme submitted by the applicant according to the following requirements:
The format and content of the nameplate shall conform to the nameplate samples submitted when applying for certification; The design of the certification mark shall be linearly proportional to the size of the standard specification, and its base and design colors may be reasonably selected according to the overall design of the product's appearance or nameplate; The certification mark shall have the factory code corresponding to the product. If the design scheme does not meet the requirements, the certification mark issuing management center shall notify the applicant for modification.
6, if the design meets the requirements, the certification marks management center send the applicant the proforma invoice, notify the applicant and send a copy of proof of remittance and 10 nameplate (or copy) to issue management center certification marks.
7. The certificate issuing management center shall receive a copy of the remittance certificate and 10 nameplates (or photocopies) and send the notice of approval to use the printing and stamping marks upon confirmation of payment to the account. Notice in duplicate, one for applicant and one for filing.
8. The applicant may apply to the certification mark issuing management center for the change of printing and stamping marks, and the issuing management center shall handle the application according to the new application.
9. The issuance and management center of the certification mark shall be allowed to use the printed and stamped notice to be published on a regular basis
